I'd recommend a different platform. I've had a similar issue on betpanda and they fixed it immediately. Update: I have heard back from them and they are saying my funds are lost because it was sent on the base network 😑 however on the blockchain it shows delivered to their address successfully. Regardless of network the funds are in there wallet they control. I had this issue with betpanda and it was fixed immediately and credited to my account. For those reasons I would not recommend wild.io - other platforms have way better customer service. They definitely have access to the base wallet. They even sent me the screenshot of where they see the funds.
