I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).

Update i received my redemption from the date of June 8th . Today August 21st. Still waiting on two other ones that I put in the middle of June and end of June. But I guess some progress is better than zero. Not sure how many business days that is but wayyyy to long! Almost 3 months for a redemption. Please money factory do better I really enjoyed your website for now I’ll have to steer clear cause I can’t wait that long to get my redemptions. Got my second payout on August 28th. The Redemption request was put in on June 16th, taking 54 business days, just like the one from June 8th. I hope this helps some people and eases stress. The payout will come. I have another redemption waiting, which should arrive in two weeks if they maintain the 54-day timeline . Please resolve the withdrawal issue.
