First and foremost; All their 5 star ratings are fake and paid. This casino is far from a 5 star experience. Once you win and they know you have a pending withdrawal, they will request the most weird documents in order to “verify yourself”. Of course, in the meantime they hope that you lose your winnings.For some reason, the so called “verification department” takes up to 72 to review a document, and sometimes even 96 hours.
