This casino had absolutely the worst customer service representative. I’ve had a monster for a phone representative. Their name was Simon. He asked for items I clearly explained I was having issues with, he is obviously slow… I understand why the company feels the need to hire folks who were in special Olympics… it just make the communication tough on clients

dont get me wrong I love meister but they banned me for saying fu to a rep never did know such thing. I was talkin in the fourm .I was getting no help over a 40$ charge for a withdraw.
