I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite.
