hello everyone I've been playing games for a long time I've never had a problem with winnings or losing I registered on the platinumcasino website everything turned out to be ok I started playing I won I paid out again after some time I played and I won again it's been a few days or even 3 weeks I'm talking to myself I'll play again I won quite a lot of money but it turned out that I have to provide all my information I gave for verification and here it turns out that they are closing my account and confiscating my money what should I do to get it back

they banned me with hundreds of $ on my account and said they would refund my most recent purchase. I did nothing to warrant being banned, simply played the games they have on the site. its been over two weeks and they have not refunded. will be charging back
